1 Tbsp Root Ginger Grated

1 Banana

1 cup fresh Pineapple chunks

½ cup Natural or Greek Yoghurt

½ cup Coconut Water

½ cup Ice Cubes

1. Peel and tear the banana into chunks. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
