I’m mixing up my breakfast with some delicious protein oats – because not every day is a porridge day. This recipe is so easy to make and you can bake a couple of portions in one go for quick mid week breakfasts – just reheat¬†in the microwave and you’re good to go. I absolutely loved this chocolate, orange and cranberry combination, it’s almost too delicious to be a healthy breakfast- I only wish that I actually made a few portions this time! I’ve used fresh cranberries, which I combined with a little honey, otherwise I find they’re just too bitter. Pop them in the microwave with the honey and orange zest to soften the cranberries a little – it also smells gorgeous! Alternatively you could use dried cranberries. Isn’t cranberry and orange is always a traditional Christmas flavour combination? Well add in chocolate and it’s even better! Healthy breakfasts done right- YUM!
